Currently, authentication and encryption (STARTTLS, TLS) are disabled. This may be the cause of issues with services like Duplicati.

Once the issue is resolved, the following services will need to be configured to support the updated Mailrise settings:

  • Proxmox
  • Proxmox Backup Server
  • Openmediavault
  • Duplicati

Each of these services currently routes their notifications through Mailrise and will require adjustments to their SMTP settings to ensure compatibility with authentication and STARTTLS.
